The Winter fruits soup

The Winter fruits soup

In January good and healthy seasonal food can lift up every mood, especially during these cold and grey endless winter days.
Here is a simple recipe, full of flavors and energy.
Pears are easy to find and dried fruits may be in your cupboards as a healthy and natural snack.
Cardamom is good for the digestion and has anti-inflammatory virtues, star anise is antibacterial and cinnamon is an immune system booster!
Add to their benefits, these spices’ flavor combine in a very comforting way.
