Shipping & Returns

Thank you so much for your patience and support during the Covid-19 pandemic! As a small business, it means so much to us! Be assured we are taking all the necessary precautions to prepare your orders.

Please carefully check your cart before checkout, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

 

Orders

We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday

In case an item is out of stock we will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.

The name and address should be written in roman letters/arabic numerals to avoid a failed delivery. In case of a failed delivery for this reason, we won't be held responsible if the package is lost and the shipping costs won't be reimbursed.

Domestic Shipping

We ship from Portland, Oregon, via USPS.

We offer free US First-Class shipping on all US orders over $99.

USPS Priority Mail provides 1-3 business days delivery to most US addresses.

USPS Priority Mail Express guarantees overnight shipping to most US addresses.

We send all orders via trackable mail with USPS. Once the order has been scanned by USPS, it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.

 

International Shipping

We offer Free First Class International Shipping via USPS for international orders over $300.

This international service is without tracking once the order leaves the US, with an expected delivery between 7-21 business days.

Upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail International for a tracking number. We will charge you only the difference between First Class and Priority.

For the international orders below $300, charges start at $26 via First Class International Shipping (USPS) and will vary depending on the weight, destination and preferred delivery time.

Please note that overseas deliveries may be affected by customs delays (up to 45 days) and are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are at the responsibility of the receiver.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost orders are at the expense of the customer.

Please add your phone number in the address information at check-out so that you can be reached by your local post service.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.

 

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

You may return your item(s) in exchange for another (other) item(s) or for a refund in the form of a voucher valid in our shop.  If your return is approved, a voucher credit will be sent to you.

Returns must be pre-approved by email: hello@bellevieparis.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

The products must be returned in their packaging and in their original condition (unwashed, unworn).

In case of receipt of a damaged article, you must inform us on the day of receipt of the shipment.

Please note all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

All Swimwear, tights and socks items are Final Sale for hygiene reasons.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.

Reuse/Recycle: We try to limit our impact on the environment.  Please recycle your shipping materials.  We do not provide a print out of your receipt to save paper.
